The Rénoclimat program
This Quebec government program is designed to improve the energy efficiency of your roof.
The Renoclimat program offers grants for the renovation of insulation and ventilation systems on the roofs of single-family homes and multi-unit buildings (with a surface area of less than 600 m²). Assistance ranges from $65 to $975 for insulation and $490 for ventilation.
To qualify, the building must be inhabited year-round and have been built for more than one year. It must also be equipped with various amenities (kitchen, bedroom, bathroom). The program applies only to renovations, not new builds.
